Job Title: Logistics Administrator


Job Type: Full-time/Part-time


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to manage the logistics operations of our company. The Logistics Administrator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of our products, and ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in data analysis, and possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.



- Coordinate all aspects of the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products

- Ensure that all shipments are delivered on time and in full

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels at all warehouses

- Develop and implement logistics plans and procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce costs

- Analyze data and identify trends to improve logistics processes

- Manage relationships with logistics service providers and negotiate contracts

- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

- Prepare reports and make presentations to senior management



- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations

- Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Excel

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures

- Familiarity with logistics software and systems

- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules


Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to manipulate objects, and view computer screens. The employee must be able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).


Working Conditions:

This job operates in a typical office environment, but may require occasional travel to warehouses or transportation hubs. The employee may be required to work long hours and weekends. The employee must be able to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.



The salary range for this position is $XX,XXX - $XX,XXX per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
