Job Overview:

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage our maintenance team and ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and directing the daily activities of maintenance staff, ensuring all work is performed safely and effectively, and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the activities of maintenance staff, including planning and scheduling work, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and issues.

• Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of facilities and equipment.

• Develop and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and maintenance schedules.

• Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

• Ensure all maintenance staff receive appropriate training and are aware of safety procedures and protocols.

• Participate in budget planning and management, including developing maintenance budgets and controlling expenses.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external service providers.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred.
