Job Purpose:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the facilities and equipment of the company. They will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order and that any necessary repairs are done in a timely manner to minimize any downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
• Respond to requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any potential problems
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other systems as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance and repair work
• Participate in training and development programs as required
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Working Conditions:
• Work will primarily be performed indoors, but may be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions
