Job Purpose:
The Management Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating organizational structures, systems, policies, and procedures. The incumbent will provide recommendations for improvement and assist in the implementation of approved changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate organizational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize organizational performance.
• Work closely with management to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Develop and deliver reports and presentations to management and other stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks to the organization and recommend appropriate actions.
• Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support to staff members on new procedures and systems.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to organizational structures and processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
