Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive the development and execution of our marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and campaign execution
- Manage the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics

- Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Director of Marketing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising
- Ability to analyze data and use it to inform marketing strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners
