Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help us execute marketing strategies and campaigns to support the growth of our business. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for a range of marketing activities, including developing marketing collateral, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, and analyzing marketing performance metrics. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management and communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing

- Write and edit marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, and product brochures

- Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement and analytics

- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager

- Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns, including creating and sending newsletters and promotional emails

- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to execute marketing activities, such as events and webinars

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continually identify opportunities for improvement and growth

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics

- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to write compelling copy for marketing materials

- Experience managing social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts and monitoring engagement and analytics

- Familiarity with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact

- Ability to analyze data and use it to inform marketing strategies and tactics

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable results and a positive ROI

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
