Job Title: Master Grower

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Master Grower to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cannabis cultivation operations and ensuring the highest quality and yield of our products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of cannabis cultivation, including planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and harvesting.

• Ensure that all cultivation operations comply with state and local regulations and standards.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for cannabis cultivation, including nutrient management, pest control, and environmental control.

• Monitor plant health and identify and address any issues, such as disease, pest infestation, or nutrient deficiencies.

• Train and supervise cultivation staff in proper cultivation techniques and safety procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of cultivation operations, including plant inventory and production yields.

• Manage cultivation budgets and ensure that resources are used efficiently.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and research and development, to ensure the highest quality and yield of our products.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in horticulture, plant science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in cannabis cultivation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Strong knowledge of plant physiology and cultivation techniques, as well as state and local regulations related to cannabis cultivation.

• Experience with hydroponic, aeroponic, or other advanced cultivation techniques.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
