We are seeking a highly organized and experienced medical office manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative staff, ensuring the smooth running of the practice, and maintaining the highest levels of patient care.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring that all staff are performing their duties efficiently and effectively

- Manage the administrative staff, including hiring, training, and supervising

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the practice

- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the practice, including budgets, billing, and collections

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and others as necessary

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, insurance providers, and other stakeholders

- Ensure that patient care is delivered with the highest levels of quality and professionalism

- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all staff and patients

- Perform other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in medical office management

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of medical terminology, billing and coding procedures, and medical office software

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and others

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
