We are seeking a talented and experienced News Producer to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all content is produced on time and to a high standard.

- Work with the technical team to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.

- Monitor news trends and current events to identify potential story ideas.

- Work with on-air talent, including anchors and reporters, to ensure that they are properly prepared for their segments.

- Maintain relationships with external partners, including news agencies and freelance journalists.

- Ensure that all content adheres to journalistic ethics and principles.

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a News Producer or a similar role in broadcast or digital news production.

- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

- Strong editorial judgment and a keen eye for detail.

- Familiarity with broadcast and digital media production equipment and software.
