Job Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, organizing office operations and procedures, managing staff schedules, and providing support to our team. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure working environment and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

• Maintain office operations and procedures, including organizing filing systems, managing supply inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails, and manage correspondence.

• Manage staff schedules and provide administrative support to team members.

• Process and maintain records of expenses, invoices, and other financial records.

• Oversee administrative tasks related to HR, including maintaining employee records, managing benefits, and processing payroll.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certification in office administration or related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in office administration, preferably in a leadership role.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

 

Physical Demands:

 

The Office Administrator may be required to lift and move items up to 25 pounds. They may also be required to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

 

Working Conditions:

 

The Office Administrator will work in an office setting, and may occasionally be required to work outside of regular business hours.
