We are looking for an Operating Assistant to support our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly by assisting with tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. The Operating Assistant will be an integral part of our team, helping to ensure that we meet our goals and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

     Assist in managing and maintaining the supply chain, including tracking inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

     Support scheduling and planning of operations, including coordinating with different departments and team members.

     Assist in the development and implementation of procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

     Coordinate and communicate with various departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

     Assist in data entry and record-keeping activities, including preparing reports and maintaining records.

     Participate in the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives.

 

Requirements:

 

     Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.

     Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.

     Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

     Strong written and verbal communication skills.

     Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

     Experience with supply chain management and inventory control.

     Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

     Attention to detail and accuracy.

     Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

     Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
