Job Purpose:

The Operations Associate will support the daily operations of the organization by ensuring that all processes and procedures are executed in a timely and efficient manner. The role holder will be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that customer needs are met.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

     Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and efficiently.

     Coordinate with different departments to ensure that all operational needs are met.

     Manage logistics, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

     Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure that all documents are properly filed.

     Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.

     Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

     Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

     Support the Operations Manager in preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.

     Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in operations or a related field.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using operational software.

 

Physical Demands:

The Operations Associate will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The role holder may also need to lift and carry heavy items from time to time.

 

Working Conditions:

The Operations Associate will work in an office environment and may be required to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
