Title: Operations Coordinator


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing various operational processes and activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor management. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that operational processes are efficient and effective.


Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, purchase order management, and invoice processing.

- Manage inventory levels and track usage to ensure that adequate supplies are available at all times.

- Coordinate logistics for product deliveries, including scheduling and coordination with vendors and carriers.

- Manage vendor relationships and ensure that vendors meet performance expectations and contractual obligations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities and metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure that operational processes align with business objectives.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.



- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in operations coordination or related field.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using Excel for data analysis.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with procurement and inventory management systems.

- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.

- Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
