Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our organization. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently, managing budgets, setting and achieving targets, and managing staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that support the overall strategic objectives of the organization.

• Manage and optimize the use of resources, including staff, equipment, and budgets, to achieve organizational goals.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all areas of the organization.

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these.

• Ensure that all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.

• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of the organization.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration or related field.

• Proven track record in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of financial management principles and practices.

• Proficient in the use of relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
