Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Proven track record of achieving operational targets and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
