Job Summary:


We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Order Entry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering customer orders into our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and communicating with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.


Key Responsibilities:


- Accurately enter customer orders into our system, including customer information, product details, and pricing.

- Review orders for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies or issues before submitting for processing.

- Communicate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, including sales, production, and shipping.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and company policies and procedures.

- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

- Generate reports and perform other administrative tasks as needed.




- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

- 1-2 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order entry software preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
