Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastry dishes that appeal to our customers' taste and presentation preferences. • Collaborate with the kitchen staff, including the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Line Cooks, to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly.

 

• Adhere to health and safety standards and practices at all times, and ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned.

 

• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff, and provide feedback on their work.

 

• Stay up to date with pastry baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients, and share your knowledge with the kitchen staff.

 

Requirements:
