We are seeking a talented and experienced Photo Editor to join our team. The Photo Editor will be responsible for selecting, editing, and organizing visual content for publication in various media outlets. Responsibilities:

 

- Select, edit, and organize visual content for publication in various media outlets, including print and digital.

- Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to ensure that visual content aligns with editorial goals and standards.

- Research and curate visual content for publication from a variety of sources.

- Maintain a high level of visual quality and consistency across all published content.

- Ensure that all visual content adheres to copyright laws and licensing agreements.

- Manage digital asset libraries and archives.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

- Work with the production team to ensure that all visual content is properly formatted and prepared for publication.

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a Photo Editor or a similar role.

- Excellent visual and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other photo editing software.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of copyright laws and licensing agreements.

- Familiarity with digital asset management systems.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
