Job Title: Press Operator


Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Press Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.


Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret job orders to determine production specifications.

• Set up and adjust printing presses according to job specifications.

• Load and unload paper and ink, and adjust ink distribution and density.

• Monitor press operation and make adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality output.

• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues as they arise.

• Perform routine maintenance on printing presses, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment.

• Keep accurate records of production runs, including quantities produced, materials used, and downtime.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.



• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with printing processes and materials.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
