Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Associate to join our team. The Private Equity Associate will be responsible for supporting the private equity investment process, including conducting due diligence, financial modelling, and deal analysis. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and experience in the private equity industry.




• Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial and operational analysis

• Prepare financial models and investment memos to support investment decisions

• Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management

• Assist in negotiating and structuring deals

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of portfolio companies

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including management teams and investors

• Stay current on industry trends and market conditions

• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and investors

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor




• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

• 2-4 years of work experience in private equity, investment banking, or related field

• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

• Strong knowledge of investment software and tools

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
