Job Title: Product Analyst

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. The Product Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing insights to inform the development and improvement of our products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Analyze data from multiple sources, including customer feedback, sales data, and industry reports, to develop insights and recommendations for product development and improvement.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to develop product requirements and roadmaps.

• Create and maintain product documentation, including product specifications and user manuals.

• Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that products meet customer needs and are of high quality.

• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as usage and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to product development and management.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in product analysis or a related role.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform product development decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Experience with market research, customer feedback analysis, and product documentation.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools is a plus.
