Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a creative and experienced Product Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing product solutions that meet customer needs while considering business goals and technical constraints. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of user-centred design principles, be able to create compelling product prototypes and have excellent communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

     Conduct research and gather insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviours

     Design and develop product solutions that meet user needs while also meeting business goals and technical constraints

     Create compelling prototypes that effectively communicate product concepts and designs

     Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure the quality and consistency of product solutions

     Provide input and feedback on design and product strategy

     Ensure design solutions are aligned with brand guidelines and design principles

     Continuously evaluate and iterate on product designs to improve the user experience

 

Requirements:

 

     Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field

     Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product design solutions

     Expertise in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other similar tools

     Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles and practices

     Strong understanding of technical constraints and business goals

     Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

     Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities

     Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex design problems
