We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of new products and managing the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.

 

Responsibilities:

 

     Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and market trends

     Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences

     Define product requirements and specifications based on market feedback and data

     Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure product success

     Manage the product development process from concept to launch, including product design, development, testing, and release

     Define product pricing and positioning based on competitive analysis and market trends

     Develop and execute product launch plans, including marketing, sales, and customer support

     Analyze product performance and market trends to make data-driven decisions on product improvements and enhancements

     Define and monitor product KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement

     Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders

 

Requirements:

 

     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

     Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product management role

     Strong knowledge of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum

     Experience with market research and analysis tools and techniques

     Familiarity with product design and development processes, including product lifecycle management (PLM)

     Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

     Ability to work effectively in a team environment

     Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

Preferred:

 

     Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field

     Certification in Product Management, such as Pragmatic Marketing or Certified Product Manager (CPM)

     Experience in a related industry, such as technology, software, or consumer goods
