Job Title: Production Coordinator

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the production process are coordinated and executed smoothly, from scheduling and logistics to quality control and post-production activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with production managers to develop and manage production schedules, including determining resource needs and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.

• Coordinate logistics for production activities, including location scouting, equipment rental, and transportation of crew and equipment.

• Work with creative teams to ensure that all production materials, such as scripts, storyboards, and shot lists, are complete and accurate.

• Conduct quality control checks on all production materials to ensure that they meet specifications and standards.

• Track production expenses and work with finance teams to manage budgets and expenses.

• Coordinate post-production activities, including editing, color correction, and sound mixing, to ensure that final products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

• Maintain production files and records, including call sheets, shot lists, and production reports.

• Work with legal teams to ensure that all necessary licenses and permits are obtained for production activities.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Communication, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in production coordination or a related role.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.

• Proficiency in production software, such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or Avid Media Composer.

• Knowledge of film and video production processes and techniques.

• Familiarity with industry regulations and requirements, such as those related to safety and licensing.
