Job Title: Production Manager

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our production processes. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day activities of the production team, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules, including determining resource needs and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the production team, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring performance.

• Ensure that production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase quality.

• Work with creative teams to ensure that all production materials, such as scripts, storyboards, and shot lists, are complete and accurate.

• Conduct quality control checks on all production materials to ensure that they meet specifications and standards.

• Work with finance teams to manage budgets and expenses, ensuring that production costs are controlled and within budget.

• Coordinate post-production activities, including editing, color correction, and sound mixing, to ensure that final products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

• Maintain production files and records, including call sheets, shot lists, and production reports.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Communication, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in production management or a related role.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.

• Proficiency in production software, such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or Avid Media Composer.

• Knowledge of film and video production processes and techniques.

• Familiarity with industry regulations and requirements, such as those related to safety and licensing.
