Job Title: Production Planner


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to join our team and help us ensure that all production processes run smoothly and efficiently. The Production Planner will be responsible for creating production schedules, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with other teams to ensure that materials and resources are available when needed.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure that all products are produced on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that all necessary materials and resources are available when needed.

• Collaborate with other teams, such as production, logistics, and sales, to ensure that production processes are coordinated and integrated with other business processes.

• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement changes as necessary.

• Monitor inventory levels and work with the procurement team to ensure that inventory levels are optimized and that stockouts are avoided.

• Work with the production team to ensure that all equipment and machinery is well-maintained and in good working order.

• Develop and maintain production reports and records, such as production schedules, inventory levels, and production costs.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity in the production process.



• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in production planning or a related role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of production planning software, such as SAP or Oracle.

• Familiarity with production processes and techniques in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of inventory management principles and techniques.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
