Job Title: Production Supervisor

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure that production targets are met. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising production teams, monitoring production processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production teams and ensure that all production targets are met.

• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Implement production plans and schedules, and ensure that they are followed by production teams.

• Ensure that all production equipment is maintained and in good working order.

• Train production team members on production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and work with the procurement team to ensure that materials and resources are available when needed.

• Develop and maintain production reports and records, such as production schedules, inventory levels, and production costs.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and quality assurance, to ensure that production processes are coordinated and integrated with other business processes.

• Ensure that production teams comply with all safety regulations and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage production teams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address production issues quickly and effectively.

• Knowledge of production processes and techniques in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of inventory management principles and techniques.

• Familiarity with production planning software, such as SAP or Oracle.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
