Job Title: Production Worker

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. The Production Worker will be responsible for performing various production tasks to ensure that production targets are met, including assembly, packaging, and quality control.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow production instructions and procedures to ensure that production targets are met.

• Assemble and package products according to production specifications and quality standards.

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that products meet quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized production area, including cleaning equipment and work surfaces.

• Operate production equipment, such as conveyors and production machines, safely and efficiently.

• Report any production issues or equipment malfunctions to the Production Supervisor.

• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

• Work collaboratively with other production team members to ensure that production targets are met.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
