Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Program Analyst to join our team. The Program Analyst will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing insights to support the development and implementation of various programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis to support program development and implementation

- Develop and maintain program metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program performance to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that program goals are aligned with organizational objectives

- Monitor program budgets and expenses to ensure that they are within approved limits

- Identify risks and issues that may impact program success and develop mitigation strategies

- Participate in program planning and evaluation activities

- Identify best practices and make recommendations for process improvements

- Maintain a thorough understanding of program requirements and regulations

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program analysis or a related field

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

- Experience with program evaluation and performance metrics

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy

 

Physical Demands:
