Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from start to finish. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within the established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

     Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans that identify tasks, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

     Coordinate and communicate project activities and progress with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and manage expectations.

     Monitor and control project progress, risks, and issues, and proactively take corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.

     Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, and ensure that projects are delivered within the established constraints.

     Conduct regular project status meetings and provide regular reports to stakeholders and clients to keep them informed of project progress.

     Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities to minimize risks and ensure successful project delivery.

     Ensure that project deliverables meet the established quality standards and customer requirements.

     Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Requirements:

 

     Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science.

     At least 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.

     Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

     Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

     Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

     Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions.

     Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and issues effectively.

     Familiarity with software development lifecycles and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

     Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

     PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
