Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from start to finish. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within the established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans that identify tasks, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
● Coordinate and communicate project activities and progress with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
● Monitor and control project progress, risks, and issues, and proactively take corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
● Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, and ensure that projects are delivered within the established constraints.
● Conduct regular project status meetings and provide regular reports to stakeholders and clients to keep them informed of project progress.
● Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities to minimize risks and ensure successful project delivery.
● Ensure that project deliverables meet the established quality standards and customer requirements.
● Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science.
● At least 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
● Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
● Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
● Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions.
● Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and issues effectively.
● Familiarity with software development lifecycles and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
● PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
