Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Prompt Engineer to join our team. As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining conversational AI systems that enable human-like interactions between machines and humans. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test conversational AI applications that meet our customers' needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

●     Design and develop conversational AI applications using various natural language processing (NLP) tools and technologies, such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Watson.

●     Collaborate with other members of the development team, including designers, data scientists, and product managers, to ensure successful conversational AI system delivery.

●     Create and maintain conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialogues that enable human-like interactions between machines and humans.

●     Develop and implement machine learning models that improve the accuracy and effectiveness of conversational AI systems.

●     Test and evaluate conversational AI systems to ensure their proper functioning and identify and resolve any defects or issues.

●     Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and technical documentation.

●     Continuously improve conversational AI development processes, tools, and methodologies to increase productivity and efficiency.

●     Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI technology.

 

Requirements:

 

●     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

●     At least 3 years of experience in conversational AI development or a related field.

●     Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

●     Experience with natural languages processing tools and technologies, such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Watson.

●     Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as decision trees, clustering, or deep learning.

●     Familiarity with chatbot development frameworks and tools, such as Botpress, Botfuel, or Microsoft Bot Framework.

●     Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

●     Strong attention to detail, with the ability to create and maintain conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialogues.

●     Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

●     Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
