Position: Property Manager

 

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and professional Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the properties, responding to tenant requests, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and managing the financial aspects of the properties.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the daily operations of the properties, including maintenance, repair, and upkeep.

• Respond to tenant requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure all units are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including safety and environmental regulations.

• Manage the financial aspects of the properties, including rent collection, budgeting, and accounting.

• Screen potential tenants and negotiate leases and rental agreements.

• Coordinate and oversee tenant move-in and move-out procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of property maintenance and repairs.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.

• Attend to emergency and after-hours maintenance requests as needed.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or a similar role.

• Knowledge of property management software and financial reporting systems.

• Understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented and capable of analyzing financial and operational data.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
