Job Title: Psychologist


Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Psychologist to join our team. The Psychologist will work with patients to help them cope with mental health disorders and achieve optimal mental health. The Psychologist will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide counseling and therapy to patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in individual and group counseling, as well as experience working with a variety of mental health disorders.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders.

• Develop treatment plans and provide individual and group counseling and therapy.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients, and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in emergency situations.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care to patients.

• Maintain accurate and complete patient records, and ensure patient confidentiality.

• Keep up-to-date with developments in the field of psychology and mental health, and continue professional development.

• Attend and participate in meetings, conferences, and seminars related to the field of psychology.



• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited university.

• Current state licensure as a Psychologist.

• Experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

• Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Knowledge of ethical principles and standards of practice in psychology.


Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Good manual dexterity and visual acuity.


Working Conditions:

• Standard office environment.

• Some evening and weekend work may be required.

• May work in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
