Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through the design and execution of manual testing processes. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and report defects or issues before software delivery to our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

●     Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.

●     Collaborate with other members of the development team, including designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure successful software delivery.

●     Identify and report defects or issues in software applications and work with the development team to resolve them.

●     Create and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

●     Continuously improve software testing processes, tools, and methodologies to increase productivity and efficiency.

●     Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software testing technology.

 

Requirements:

 

●     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

●     At least 1 year of experience in software testing or a related field.

●     Strong proficiency in manual software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

●     Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

●     Experience with defect tracking tools, such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Redmine.

●     Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

●     Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and report defects or issues.

●     Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

●     Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
