Job Title: Quality Engineer

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems and processes to ensure that our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and processes to ensure product and service quality.

• Analyze product and process data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.

• Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.

• Train and mentor team members on quality control systems and processes.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of quality control systems and processes, including statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.

• Experience in conducting internal and external quality audits.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry-specific quality requirements.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
