Job Title: Quality Manager

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality control and assurance processes. The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, overseeing inspection and testing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Lead the inspection and testing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective and preventive actions.

• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.

• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

• Manage and maintain the quality management system to ensure it is up-to-date and effective.

• Develop and implement training programs for quality control and assurance personnel.

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards and specifications.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or quality management; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.

• Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and analyze data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire others.

• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles is a plus.

• Certification as a Quality Manager (CQM) or Quality Engineer (CQE) is preferred.
