Job Title: Receptionist


Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling administrative tasks.




     Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

     Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member.

     Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.

     Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

     Provide general administrative support, such as filing, copying, and faxing.

     Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is stocked and organized.

     Respond to inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers.

     Follow all company policies and procedures.




     High school diploma or equivalent.

     Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

     Proficiency with computer systems and software.

     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

     Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.


Physical Requirements:


     Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.

     Ability to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
