Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to assist with the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to providing a high level of customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate all logistics, including booking conference rooms, sending interview confirmations, and preparing interview materials

- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and answering questions as needed

- Assist with the administration of pre-employment assessments and reference checks

- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms

- Manage candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and completeness of records

- Assist with the planning and execution of recruiting events and job fairs

- Create and distribute recruiting reports and metrics to track recruiting activities and provide insights to the Talent Acquisition team

- Conduct research to support sourcing strategies and identify new recruiting sources

- Assist with other recruiting-related projects and initiatives as needed

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or administrative support role

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and employees at all levels of the organization

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information

- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
