Title: Recruitment Assistant

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Assistant to support our recruitment team. The Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with other recruitment-related tasks. This individual will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient recruitment processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment processes, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

- Coordinate recruitment-related events, such as career fairs and open houses.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and metrics.

- Assist with creating job postings and managing job boards and other recruitment channels.

- Assist with preparing offer letters and new hire paperwork.

- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience by responding to candidate inquiries and providing timely feedback.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and hiring managers, to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or related field.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using Excel for data analysis.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment.

- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.

- Experience working with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
