Job Title: Recruitment Business Partner

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Business Partner to join our team. The Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to understand their recruitment needs and develop customized recruitment strategies

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations

- Conduct market research to stay abreast of recruitment trends and best practices

- Source and screen candidates for open positions using various recruitment methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events

- Manage the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers

- Develop and maintain metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts

- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and policies

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment, including EEO and affirmative action requirements

- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on business partnering

- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions

- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, policies, and procedures

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is preferred
