We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us find the best candidates for our clients. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to hiring them.




- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with suitable candidates.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

- Screen candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the job and the client's expectations.

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and skills.

- Present candidates to clients and coordinate interviews between them.

- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, including negotiating offers.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure our recruitment strategies remain effective.

- Meet and exceed recruitment targets.




- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.

- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

- Experience with candidate sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
