Job Title: Recruitment Manager

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and manage the full recruitment cycle for all job openings. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and negotiating job offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization

- Build and manage candidate pipelines using a variety of recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and referral programs

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for all job openings, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, as necessary

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities and develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of the position and the company culture

- Manage a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment, including EEO and affirmative action requirements

- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to track and report on recruitment activity and performance

- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and talent management

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management role

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and applicable laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

- Experience with recruitment tools and software is preferred
