Title: Recruitment Marketing Manager

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our team. The Recruitment Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy to attract top talent to our organization. This individual will partner with the Talent Acquisition team and other internal stakeholders to develop and implement campaigns that enhance our employer brand and drive applicant flow.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy that aligns with the organization's talent acquisition goals.

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and develop targeted campaigns to attract top talent.

- Develop and manage content for careers website, social media channels, job descriptions, and other recruitment marketing materials.

- Develop and manage a social media strategy to enhance our employer brand and engage with potential candidates.

- Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns and optimize accordingly.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all recruitment marketing efforts are aligned with the organization's overall marketing and branding initiatives.

- Develop and manage relationships with external partners, such as job boards and industry associations, to enhance our recruitment marketing reach.

- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment marketing best practices.

- Stay up-to-date on recruitment marketing trends and emerging technologies.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or a related field.

- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content development.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Analytical and data-driven mindset.

- Creative and innovative thinker.

- Experience in the technology industry preferred.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in employer branding and employee value proposition development.

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing software.

- Experience in a global organization.
