Job Summary:

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various positions within the company. This individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company.

- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and metrics.

- Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements.

- Other HR-related tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and other stakeholders.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

- Familiarity with recruitment software and other HR technology.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience recruiting for positions in a variety of industries.

- Familiarity with social media and other online recruiting tools.

- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
