Job Title: Regional HR Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional HR Manager to oversee all HR operations in our [insert region/country] office. The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior management, regional and local HR teams, and employees to ensure that HR policies and practices are consistently applied across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's goals and values

- Provide guidance and support to regional and local HR teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities

- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all positions in the region

- Work closely with local HR teams to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive strategies to address issues

- Ensure that all HR policies and practices are communicated effectively to employees and managers

- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and other HR-related matters

- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations as necessary

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned



- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years of experience in a regional or multi-site HR management role

- Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations

- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus

- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is preferred
