Job Title: Regional HR Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional HR Manager to oversee all HR operations in our [insert region/country] office. The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's goals and values
- Provide guidance and support to regional and local HR teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all positions in the region
- Work closely with local HR teams to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive strategies to address issues
- Ensure that all HR policies and practices are communicated effectively to employees and managers
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and other HR-related matters
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations as necessary
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years of experience in a regional or multi-site HR management role
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is preferred
