Job Title: Relationship Manager

 

Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in relationship management, sales, or account management, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to win new clients.

- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that client needs are being met and that the company is delivering on its promises.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior management on market trends, product updates, and new business opportunities.

- Participate in industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring that they are in line with company policies and procedures.

- Monitor and report on client satisfaction and retention, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address any issues.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or account management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer service principles.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
