Job Summary:

 

Our restaurant is looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that the restaurant is operating within budget. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and ensuring that all restaurant policies and procedures are being followed.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Hire, train, and supervise all restaurant staff

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels

- Oversee daily restaurant operations

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently

- Ensure that all restaurant equipment is in good working order

- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and guests

- Create and manage budgets, and monitor financial performance

- Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner

- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues

- Implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers

- Maintain accurate records and reports

 

Requirements:

 

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role

- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service, inventory management, and customer service

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- The ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies

- Understanding of basic financial management principles

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management preferred

 

Physical Demands:

 

The Restaurant Manager will be required to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
