Job Title: Retail Clerk

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

 

Responsibilities:

 

     Greet customers and assist with their shopping needs.

     Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about products and promotions.

     Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

     Maintain a clean and organized store, including stocking shelves and ensuring displays are neat and tidy.

     Assist with inventory management, including restocking and receiving shipments.

     Follow all company policies and procedures.

     Participate in training and development opportunities.

 

Requirements:

 

     High school diploma or equivalent.

     Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.

     Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

     Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.

     Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

     Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

     Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
