Job Title: Sales Account Executive

 

Job Summary:

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, a strong understanding of the sales process, and excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage a pipeline of opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.

- Develop and execute account plans to penetrate new accounts and expand business within existing accounts.

- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers.

- Manage and maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or software sales.

- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a complex sales cycle.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of opportunities.

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to travel as needed.
