Job Title: Sales Account Manager

 

Job Summary:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and driving growth within your assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, a strong understanding of the sales process, and excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to develop and execute account plans, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and execute account plans to identify and pursue new opportunities within assigned accounts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

- Conduct regular business reviews with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges.

- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports.

- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or software sales.

- Proven track record of success in managing and growing customer relationships.

- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a complex sales cycle.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to develop and execute account plans.

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to travel as needed.
